Indian Red Cross Society, Puducherry organized Youth Red Cross Inaugural function at Manakula Vinayagar Nursing College on 16-02-2023. In the event Dr.G. Lakshmipathy, Chairman (IRCS) and other managing committee members inaugurated the name board and delivered special address to the Youth Red Cross team and distributed the badges to the 75 Youth Cross members.
